Disassembly of transport screws
For transport purposes, the unit is fixed with four screws onto the pallet.
Two screws are used to fix the groundplate.
Two screws are used to fix the bench suppports.
Loosen the nuts of the transport screws and remove.
Push the screws down into the pallet.
Removal of the groundplate
At the head - and footend the groundplate is held into the bench supports.
After loosing the transport screws the groundplate can be removed:
lift the groundplate,
- unhinge the groundplate out of the bench supports
- carry the groundplate to the site of installation.
Removal of the bench supports
The bench supports are fixed with two screws to the rear column.
Loosen the screws and remove.
Carry bench supports to the site of installation.
Transport of rear column to site of installation
Four (4) persons carry the rear column to the site of installation.
Move the column as close as possible to the designated place of
installation.
Allow for enough space at the rear side to perform the following steps:
Feed cables thourgh the entry studs
- the supply cables
- the cables for the external control device/music system.
Assembly of the optional heat-recycling system.
- Put the connection cable which controls the flap inside the
rear column. Position the cable in such a way that it does not
hinder further assembly work and take care that the cable
does not get pinched or damaged.
Assembly of exhaust air stack.
Performance of all other necessary jobs at the rear side of the unit.
