Tanning Instructions
Who should not tan
You are not allowed to use a sunbed, if:
You are under 18 years of age.
You belong to skin type 1
Your skin shows more than 50 moles.
Your skin tends to develop freckles and sunspots.
Your hair is very fair or slightly red and you have fair eyes and nipples.
Your skin suffered from many sunburns during childhood.
You tend to develop allergic skin reactions as a consequence of UV light
exposure.
You are suffering from a coronary or circulatory condition.
Your skin shows early stages of skin cancer or if you have a history of
skin cancer.
You have a hereditary increased risk of developing malign skin cancer.
Diminishing the risk of eventual damages to eyes and skin
WARNING! SERIOUS RISKS FOR EYES AND SKIN!
UV-radiation can lead to serious damages of eyes and skin.
Never exceed recommended exposure times.

Keep an interval of minimum 48 hours between first two sessions.
Tan only once a day. Do not tan in the natural sun on the day you have
already had a tanning session.
If you are suffering from skin diseases, consult a physician or
dermatologist prior to taking tanning sessions.
Remove contact lenses prior to a tanning session.
If at all, use only sun creams specifically designed for indoor tanning.
Remove cosmetics well in advance of a tanning session.
Be careful when taking medication. Some medications can increase
the photosensitivity of your skin. In case of doubt, ask your physician or
dermatologist.
During a tanning session, always wear protective eye-wear (UV-
protective goggles).
After a tanning session, apply a good lotion or cream to rehydrate your
skin.
