USB Debugging
USB debugging allows an Android device to communicate with a computer that is
running the Android SDK in order to use advanced operations. When a device is in
USB debugging mode, the connected computer can read all data, run commands,
and install or remove apps.
4.2.1
Enable USB Debugging
1.
Connect your device to a computer via a USB cable.
2.
Swipe up from the bottom of the Home screen.
3.
Tap the
Settings
icon
and click
About phone
.
4.
Enable developer options by tapping the
Build number
option 7 times.
5.
Return to the main Settings page and click on
System
.
6.
Tap
Advanced
and click on
Developer options.
7.
To enable the
USB debugging
option, toggle the on/off switch.
