SMTP Client
Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) is a protocol to send e-mail messages
between servers. SMTP is used to send messages from a mail client to a mail server.
SMTP by default uses TCP port 25.
4.9.6.1
Global Settings
The Global Settings page allows you to set the active profile for the SMTP client.
To access this page, click
Management
>
SMTP Client
> Global Settings.

Profile Settings
The Profile Settings page allows you to select the server IP, the server port, and
sender mail for the listed profile.

Active Profile
Click the drop-down menu to select the profile status (None, 1 or 2).

to save the values and update the screen.

Profile ID
Click the drop-down menu to select the identification type for the
profile (1 or 2).
Server IP
Enter the IP address to designate the server host.
Server Port
Enter the port number to designate the port associated with the server
IP address.
Sender Mail
Enter the email address of the sender client.
Apply
Click
Apply
to save the values and update the screen.
