2.6 PAC-4010 Front I/O Interface
Two hot-swappable 2.5" SATA storage devices as options are located behind the LCM
in the top-left corner of the system. Two 10/100/1000M Ethernet ports and two RS-232
console ports are available for system management remotely and locally. Control plane
and data plane can be accessed from 4x SFP+ ports, one QSFP+ port and 4x SFP+
ports, respectively.

2.6.1 Control Plane I/O Interface
The Control plane IO interface board has four 10GE SFP+ ports and one QSFP+ port.
The 10GBase-KR signal transfer length is enhanced by a CDR re-timer on the interface
board.
2.6.2 Data Plane I/O Interface
The data plane IO interface board has four 10GE SFP+ ports. The 10GBASE-KR4
signal transfer length for the fabric interface is also enhanced by a CDR re-timer on the
board.
