Cleaning the drum
How to clean the drum
Warning !
※
※
Please note
※
Leave the door open for
a while. This helps to
prevent mould and
stagnant smells forming
inside the appliance.
Keeping the door open
after a wash will also
help to preserve the door
seal.
Washing at low temperature, residue of
undissolved detergent is likely to
accumulate inside the drum. This can be
a cause of colour transfer and blackening.
As a protection, ensure that you regularly
clean the drum (tub).
Do not use oxygen type detergent and
chlorine type detergent at the same
time. Do not use chlorine type
detergent and vinegar, alcohol,
ammonia etc. at the same time
This could emit toxic gas. If mixed, vacate
the area immediately, and stay away until
the irritant is dissipated.
If using commercially available cleaners,
please be aware of the following:
Use commercially available stainless or
plastic drum type cleaners.
Empty the drum and open it.
Rotate the dial and select Tub Clean.
Press Start/Pause to start the
Tub Clean course.
After cleaning, always open and
clean the drainage filter. Always
ensure that the drainage filter is
clean whenever washing laundry.
The water temperature is approxi-
mately 60°C during the inside drum
(tub) cleaning operation.
Only use special cleaner if the drum
(tub) can not be cleaned of residue
in this way.
