• Best results are obtained by using a low speed for normal conditions

and a high speed when odours are more concentrated.

Turn the hood on a few minutes before you start cooking.

The hood should be left on after cooking for about 15 minutes or

until all the odours have disappeared.

The control switches are located on the hood’s front panel:

- ON (stand-by - illuminated key) / OFF switch.

Press once or more to obtain the function desired:

Stand-by

 (dot "b" on the display is illuminated): the hood is ready

to function, the safety procedure is activated (see next page –

“Safety procedure”

)

OFF: all the functions are switched off except the illumination.

Attention!

  The hood is equipped with an automatic system that

establishes what the normal environmental conditions are.

In the case of abnormal operation, 

calibration

 can be carried out

automatically or manually

 (see next page –

 “Automatic

calibration” and “Manual calibration”

).

If the hood is on when the Intensive speed is activated, the hood

will revert to previous speed after 5 minutes.
