12.2 Problems with wireless connection
Problem
Possible cause and solution
Activating wireless connection
is not successful.
• Wrong wireless network ID or password. Cancel the
setup and start it again to enter the correct credentials.
Refer to "Wireless connection".
• There is a trouble with the wireless network signal.
Check your wireless network and router. Restart the
router.
• The wireless network signal is weak. Move router clos‐
er to the dishwasher.
• The wireless signal is disrupted by a microwave appli‐
ance placed near the dishwasher. Turn off the micro‐
wave appliance.
• Contact your wireless service provider if there are fur‐
ther problems with the wireless network.
The app cannot connect to the
dishwasher.
• There is a trouble with the wireless network signal.
Check your wireless network and router. Restart the
router.
• Check if your mobile device is connected to the net‐
work.
• New router was installed or router configuration was
changed. Configure the dishwasher and mobile device
again. Refer to "Wireless connection".
• Contact your wireless service provider if there are fur‐
ther problems with the wireless network.
The app cannot connect to the
dishwasher through any net‐
work other than your home
wireless network. The indica‐
tor
is red or orange.
• The connection to the cloud is lost. Wait for the con‐
nection to be restored.
The app frequently cannot
connect to the dishwasher.
• The wireless signal is disrupted by a microwave appli‐
ance placed near the dishwasher. Turn off the micro‐
wave appliance. Avoid using the microwave appliance
and the remote start at the same time.
• The wireless network signal is weak. Move router as
close to the dishwasher as possible or consider pur‐
chasing a wireless range extender.
