Program
Program description
Steam programs
2)
Steam can be used for dried, washed or
worn once laundry. These programs can reduce creases and odours and make
your
laundry softer.
Do not use any detergent. If necessary, remove
stains by washing or using localized stain removal.
Steam
programs do not perform any hygienic cycle.
Do not set a Steam
program with these types of items:
• Items to be washed at a temperature lower than 40°C.
• Items where it is not specified on the care label as being suitable for tumble drying.
• Items with label "Dry clean only".
Steam
Steam program for
cotton and synthetic items
. This cycle
helps to refresh and dewrinkle the laundry. Do not set this pro‐
gram with items washed at a temperature lower than 40°C.
Steam Cashmere
Wool and cashmere
. Short program to refresh maximum 1 kg
of machine and hand washable woolen and cashmere gar‐
ments without washing. When treating smaller loads, the pro‐
gram duration can be further reduced by means of the Steam
Level option.
Additional programs
Rinse
All fabrics, except woollens and very delicate fabrics.
Pro‐
gram for rinsing and spinning the laundry. The default spin
speed is the one used for cotton programs. Reduce the spin
speed accordingly to the type of laundry. If necessary, set the
Extra Rinse option to add rinses. With a low spin speed the ap‐
pliance performs delicate rinses and a short spin.
Spin
All fabrics, except woollens and very delicate fabrics.
Pro‐
gram for spinning the laundry and draining the water left in the
drum. The default spin speed is the one used for cotton
programs. Reduce the spin speed accordingly to the type of
laundry.
Drain
All fabrics, except woollens and very delicate fabrics.
Pro‐
gram for draining the water left in the drum.
1) During this cycle the drum rotates slowly to ensure a gentle wash. It can seem that the drum doesn't
rotate or doesn't rotate properly, but this is normal for this program.
2) If you set a Steam program with dried laundry, at the end of the cycle the laundry could be humid. It is
better to expose the items to the fresh air for about 10 minutes to let the humidity dry. When the program
is completed, quickly remove the laundry from the drum. After a steam cycle, items may be iron‐ed
however with less effort.
