Intended Use
This appliance is a fan intended for rooms of up to 40 m².
Do not use for other than its intended use. Use only ac-
cording to the instructions in this manual. Do not use for
commercial purposes.
Using the device for other than its intended use can result in
property damage or injuries.
The manufacturer does not assume any liability for damages
resulting from improper use.
Unpacking the Device
1. Remove the device from its packaging.
2. Remove all of the packaging material such as foils, filling
material, cable holders and cardboard packaging.
3. Check the scope of delivery.
4. Check the appliance for any transport damage to prevent
a hazard.
NOTE:
There may still be dust or production residues on the
surface of the device. We recommend that you quickly
wipe off the housing with a damp cloth.
Assembly Instructions
The device must be completely assembled before initial
operation!
WARNING: Risk of injury!
The edges of the propeller are sharp. Use caution during
assembly.
NOTE:
• The taper is the central fastening device.
• You will need a Phillips screwdriver of medium size for
the assembly.
• Screws not included as accessory are already pre-in-
stalled at the respective parts.
• Please review the images on page 3.
1. Fix the tripod to the taper as shown on Fig. A.
2. Fix the connecting tubes as shown on Fig. B.
3. Place the motor onto the pedestal tube according to
Fig. D. The square recess on the bracket must rest above
the individual hole of the standpipe.
4. Slide the carriage bolt through the hole until you reach
the tetragonal stop.
5. Use the small knurled thumbscrew and the limit bolt to
set the tilt angle of the fan.
6. Then attach the knurled nut to the end of the carriage
bolt and tighten.
7. Unscrew the 4 preassembled outer screws from the front
of the motor.
8. Hold the rear protective grid so that the 4 boreholes on
the protective grid are exactly above the 4 boreholes on
the motor.
NOTE:
Ensure that the carrying handle on the protective grid is
pointing upwards.
