Check the ball hitch for wear
WARNING
Accident hazard in case of worn coupling pins, too much play in the
bearing or a worn base ring!
Can cause injury.
►
Check the ball hitch once a day for wear and play.
►
Apply grease to the base ring.
►
Have a malfunctioning ball hitch replaced by an authorized service
center.

• Move the uncoupled coupling head with force in travel direction.
Check the
height-wise play
of the coupling head:
• Open the coupling.
• Move the coupling head up and down with a suitable tool (mounting
lever).
