The result of this connection will be output via the digital output 1 (switch output). The switch output
can be chosen in each case out of the selection series “switch output 1-4”.
It is possible, that several warning channels use the same switch output. In this case they will quasi be
connected via OR.
In a wind channel, which has been connected via the switch “AND/OR“ with a predecessor (in the ex-
ample above channel 1 is the predecessor of channel 5), the equivalent switch output will be chosen
as for the predecessor an AND would be bypassed.
Test function
The functionality of the digital outputs (hardware) and the alarm configuration can be tested via the
browser. For this purpose, the page has got a simulation button. Is this in position “ON” the functional-
ity of the hardware switch outputs can be tested via the button “switch output”. When actuating the rel-
evant button, the corresponding switch output will be switched.
Via the button “logic test” in the warning channels adjusted logic can be verified. Therefore, at each
warning channel can be inserted test values (see example illustration above). Will the button “logic
test” be pressed the logic calculation with the in the field “test parameter” inserted test values will be
performed and the respective lamp (1-4) “alarm (test)” of the respective output will be switched accord-
ingly the result. A real switch of the switch outputs does not take place in this test.
Warning amount of precipitation
For a warning at the exceedance of a certain amount of precipitation a period under review can be de-
fined as a sliding window. The met[LOG] calculates the sum of the recorded precipitations in the ad-
justed time frame and triggers at exceedance accordingly the adjusted alarm.
As a time frame 1-120 minutes can be adjusted. The same warning function is available for status sen-
sors like e.g. rain YES/NO as rain duration and sun YES/NO as sunshine duration. In this case at ex-
ceedance of the adjusted duration in the configured time the alarm will be set.
For the instantaneous value sensors will the in the field entered time used as mean value time.
Thereby very dynamic signals can be subdued. As possible mean value time are 0 to 600 seconds ad-
justable.
