Operation Manual

IMPORTANT: 

Make sure the truck and trailer are on level ground during opening 

and closing of your tarp system will ensure easy and efficient operation and a safer 
environment.

IMPORTANT: 

Check your load before opening or closing your tarp system to protect 

the tarp, the load, and yourself.

Rolling Front from Upper Deck to Lower Deck

Open Rear Curtain

Step 1)

 Unlock Rear Curtain

1a)

 Pull Pin

1b)

 Rotate Lock Bar

1d)

 Repeat for opposite side

Step 2)

 Remove Strap from Rear Curtain

2b)

 Lift curtain open 

and find the strap

 Undo the straps on the 

inside of the curtain

 Repeat for opposite side

Step 3)

 Roll Open Curtain

3a)

 Assemble the roll curtain crank 

handle and insert the crank into 
the curtain's bottom tube.

3b)

 Turn the crank handle to 

roll the rear curtain up.

3c)

 Once the curtain reaches the top 

continue rolling until curtain rest on 
top of the rear of the tarp system.

2a)

 At the rear car, undo 

Velcro and remove strap. 
Repeat for opposite side.

2d)

 Place rear curtain 

strap onto rear bow

NOTICE:

Make sure strap 

is secure and cannot 
interfere with operation.
