7.10 - CONDENSATE DISCHARGE
The condensate must be drained at the end of every working day.
Do not carry out these tasks if the compressor has only just shut down; wait for the com-
pressor to cool.
All maintenance work must be carried out with the compressor OFF and the power supply lead
unplugged from the mains socket.

7.10.1 - SILENT AUTOMATIC CONDENSATE DISCHARGE
For the SILENT model proceed as follows: insert the
condensate drain hose (

) into a condensate
collection recipient (

) and open the drain tap (

).
An outflow of condensate water with lubricating oil is
normal during refills: the quantity will depend on the
level of humidity in the air.
The condensate must be disposed of as per the
instructions in section “9.1 Waste disposal”.

7.10.2 - OPEN V.M. AUTOMATIC CONDENSATE DISCHARGE
For the OPEN V.M. model proceed as follows: raise
the container (

), insert the drain hose (
a
) in a
condensate collection container or can, open the tap
(

) and drain all the condensate; re-close the tap.
An outflow of white emulsion with lubricating oil is
normal during refills: the quantity depends on the
level of humidity in the air.
The condensate must be disposed of as per the
instructions in section “9.1 Waste disposal”.
The condensate water must be drained every day, or
every 6 working hours.
