• Antenna Must Be Vertical
• Strain Relief Coax Cable To Beam
• Hang From Hole Provided
Note: If attached to a metallic beam or pipe use 12 inches of nylon
fishing line to separate the antenna and beam
.
WALL MOUNTING
Surface Mount
• Use a screw, nail or glue
at mounting hole.
• The antenna needs no
support other than the
hole, but you may use
contact cement or tape to
keep it flat to the wall. To
secure the antenna do not
use staples, screws or
any metal as a fastener
except for the top mount-
ing hole.
• Fasten coax to wall here.
Any type of fastener may
be used to mount coax
cable to wall.

GENERAL INSTALLATION NOTES
1. Plan your installation
first
2. As with all antennas, the higher the antenna the better it will work
3. Place the antenna where it is not subject to rain or snow
4. Keep at least 12 inches from metal
5. DO NOT Staple / or pierce the white part of the antenna DO NOT
pierce the coax feed of its outer insulator
6. Make sure the antenna hangs vertically for best performance
7. Make sure you use the proper antenna for your frequency
8. Always test the SWR before and after the antenna is installed
9. When used inside a plastic vent pipe seal the wire opening to prevent
odors and gases from entering the premises
10. The antenna can be mounted to any no-metallic surface with contact
cement or non-metric fasteners
11. A metal screw, staple or other hanger may be used to mount the
antenna through the upper mounting hole only - do not use any metal
12. When used inside a wall place antenna closest to outside wall and
furthest from foil backed insulation. Foil insulation can change the
radiation pattern of the antenna in unpredictable ways
13. Provide strain relief for the coax feed to a solid surface. Do not let it
hang freely from antenna - an unsecured feed can damage the antenna
14. Make bends in coax cable no less than 6 inches in radius.
15. When installing the stealth antenna never pull on either the antenna
or feed cable.
Hidden Mount
Inside Wall
• Mount antenna high up and
away from subscriber unit.
• Stay away from pipes and
wires inside walls.
• Will not work on exterior walls
with aluminum siding or near
foil-backed insulation.
