Disconnect from the power supply before assembly or dis-
assembly work, to switch out a fuse or when making any
structural modifications.
▪
Observe the accident prevention and safety regulations ap-
plicable in the specific usage case.
▪
Prior to commissioning, it must be checked whether the
rated voltage of the unit matches the local mains supply.
▪
EMERGENCY STOP devices must remain effective in all op-
erating modes. Unlocking the EMERGENCY STOP devices
must not allow the unit to restart uncontrolled.
▪
The electrical connections must be covered!
▪
Protective conductor connections must be tested for fault-
free function after assembly!
▪
Only allow authorized personnel to connect the unit.
3.3
Power supply
The 24V drive unit = must only be operated with 24 volt DC current. Ensure the correct
polarity of the connections. Also ensure that the ground conductor is attached.
The 230 V drive unit must only be operated with 230 V AC current.
WARNING
Disconnect the device from the power source in the event of faults.
