Checklist for assembly and settings:

Make sure both longitudinal struts are at a right angle

Distortions while tightening the setscrews (crosspiece - see point d)

Tighten the conveyor belt evenly and ensure it runs centered
-
Do not “over-tighten” the belt

Check the setting of the feed plates and re-adjust if necessary.

Make sure that the conveyor belt does not grind against the hopper trough.
5.3
Drive
After 2000 operating hours, the carbon brushes must be replaced on the DC motor (if
the unit has them) and the surrounding area must be thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise,
gear motors are maintenance-free for 10,000 operating hours. If necessary, remove
dust around the entire motor area to ensure optimum cooling.
5.4
Other components
None of the other components of the belt hopper require maintenance.
