Maintenance Instructions
5.1
Cleaning
If necessary, clean the conveyor belt and both tensioning reversing heads with alcohol
and a clean lint-free rag. For food industry operations, use an approved alcohol replace-
ment.
5.2
Conveyor belt
After a two-week run-in period, check the tension and the centering of the conveyor belt
and correct it as necessary. Conduct subsequent inspections in 4-week intervals.
5.2.1
Replacing the conveyor belt
a)
Remove the hopper trough and the parts chute (highlighted in green - see image)
b)
Remove the fastening struts (highlighted in green - see image)
c)
Loosen and remove the clamping screws on clamping reversing head (high-
lighted in green - see image)
