Series number (4)
The series number of the Control unit. This can also be found on the housing, in the
side inscription field.
Network status, Subnet (5)
To establish a connection to the control unit, the two participants must be found in the
same subnet. If the status "different network" is displayed, the IP address of the com-
puter must be adapted to establish a connection.
Ping status (6) and Ping response time (7)
If both participants are found in the same subnet, the aflexConfigurator starts a ping
process to check the availability of the control unit. The status and the response time
are visualized in this line.
Save control unit (8)
Once detected control units can be stored for later use in a local file. If the aflexCon-
figurator is closed, all control units with the status "remember connection" are saved.
These are loaded when the program is restarted and added to the display. To prevent
older control unit's to display automatically, the checkbox "remember connection" has
to be removed.
Establish connection (9)
This button starts the connection set-up to the control unit.
The various views of the control unit display are visualized and described below.
