Kith Consumer Product Inc. (KCPI) expresses the following limited warranty on AFFINITY products. This warranty extends to a new television purchased 
from an authorized reseller/retailer within the U.S. by the original purchaser or consumer who received the product as a gift. Retain and provide the original 
bill of sale (or photocopy) as proof of purchase. It is also recommended that you retain original box and foam packaging.

Limited One (1) Year Warranty on Parts and Labor

KCPI warrants the parts in this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase from 
authorized retailers. During this period, KCPI will repair the television by replacing a defective part with a new or refurbished part without charge to you. You 
must provide transportation of the TV to the KCPI service center, prepaid, (insurance recommended) in the original or similar type box and sufficient inner 
packing to protect the product from transportation damage. Repairs will be made to the television or at KCPI’s discretion, a refurbished replacement will 
be offered in its place should the television not be serviceable and ship back to you. Service provided is warranted for the duration of the original warranty 
period or 45 days, whichever is greater. 

Your Responsibility

Warranty service shall be provided when a return authorization number (RMA#) is provided to you. Warranty extends to defects in materials or workmanship 
and does not cover cosmetic imperfections, damages incurred during shipment to KCPI, misuse, natural disasters or accidents. 

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If after following the user manual, quick start and troubleshooting guide, should you find it necessary to contact Customer Service directly, call 888-777-0450 
from 7am-11pm Mon-Fri (Central Time) and 7am-6pm Sat-Sun (Central Time). Have your date of purchase, serial number, and a full understanding of the 
issue ready for your call center representative.

Limitations

The flat panel display is an innovative device that is manufactured to precise tolerances with active performing pixels of at least 99.99%. As such, it is NOT 
a malfunction to view multiple non-performing pixels on your screen. All warranties implied by state law are expressly limited to the duration of the limited 
warranties set forth above with the exception of warranties implied by state law as hereby limited, the foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other 
warranties, guarantees, agreements, etc., with respect to repair or replacement of any parts. KCPI shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage. 
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have rights that may vary from state to state. Some states don’t allow limitations on warranty 
duration, exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply.
