FloCo-Top-2KM Si:
The automatic fuel oil de-aerator FloCo-Top-
2KM Si filters and de-aerates fuel oil. FloCo-Top-2KM Si features
two separate float chambers. The upper float chamber contains the
operating float; the lower float chamber contains the safety float. The
upper float chamber keeps oil foam from escaping via the vent open-
ing (e.g. during commissioning/filter exchange) and indicates mal-
functions of the vent valve.
The vacuum gauge (-0.7 bar) indicates filter pollution. Increased
vacuum provides information on the degree of pollution of the filter.
The pressure gauge additionally displays a possible static pre-
pressure of up to 0.9 bar. It is sufficient to close the shut-off valve at
the filter to check the suction capacity. It is sufficient to close the

The check valve has an integrated overpressure device which opens
at 1.5 bar; it become ineffective if, e.g., flow and return lines are in-
terchanged.
The product is equipped with a sintered plastic filter.
FloCo-Top-2KMF WF:
Like FloCo-Top-2KM Si, but with a replacea-
ble filter cartridge. Specially for small burner capacities due to the
large filter surface and ultra-fine mesh size.
FloCo-Top-2KM MC-7:
Like FloCo-Top-2KM Si, but with Opticlean
ultra-fine filter insert MC-7 (5 µm, 700 cm² filter surface).
FloCo-Top-2KM MS-5:
Like FloCo-Top-2KM Si, but with Opticlean
ultra-fine filter insert MS-5 (20 µm, 500 cm² filter surface).
FloCo-Top-2MM Si:
Like FloCo-Top-2KM Si, but with metal de-
aerator hood. Suitable for pressure mode up to 0.7 bar.
FloCo-Top-2KM Optimum MC-18:
Like FloCo-Top-2KM Si, but with
long filter cup and long Opticlean ultra-fine filter insert MC-18 (5 µm,
1850 cm² filter surface).
