AvalonN Add a Plate
Configure Apogee Prepress for a new plate size
Create the Output Size for the new media
Click on the Output Size TP for AvalonN. Click on the + icon to add a new size.
Type in the plate size, with width as the larger dimension (except for small narrow plates) and an orientation
of 0. Make the plate size smaller than the media by .3 mm. This allows for rounding. Do not select a Punch
Calibration yet. Click OK.
Create the Punch Calibration for the new media
Create a new Punch Calibration from within the Output Sizes window. Click on the + and name it based on
the plate name. Edit the information.
Enter half the height of the output size in the field: Distance from Image Center to Plate Leading Edge (X
axis). Click OK.
Select the Output Size created earlier and open it. Choose the Punch Calibration created and make sure it
shows up inside the OutputSize dialog.
