Find X-pattern / O-pattern Field (Listing and Chart)
The Find X-pattern / O-pattern field is a toggle field which is used to select
the X or O marker for setup. The marker specifications set in the Occurrence
field and the From Trigger / Start / X Marker field affect the pattern marker
that is designated in this field. To set the marker specifications for the other
marker, toggle the Find X-pattern / O-pattern field and then set the
specifications. After toggling to the other marker, the new marked data is
found and relocated at center screen.
Occurrence Counter Field (Listing and Chart)
The occurrence counter field is used to set which pattern occurrence the
marker is placed on. The range for the occurrence counter is
−
131071 to
+131071 in the Listing menu and -65535 to +65535 in the Chart menu in Full
Channel mode. In Half Channel mode, the range of the occurrence counter is
-131071 to +131071 in the Chart menu, and unchanged in the Listing menu.
The trace start point from which the occurrence counter starts searching is
either the trigger point, the start of the trace, or in the case of the O-marker,
the X-marker. If a negative occurrence number is set, the analyzer will
search backwards in time.
