Save the average conversion-loss value
4. Table lists default conversion-loss values that are stored in the
analyzer for each frequency band. These values approximate the
values for the Agilent 11970 series mixers. Other conversion-loss
values may be entered into the spectrum analyzer in two ways. The
first method lets you to save the average conversion-loss value for
the entire band using
AVERAGE CNV LOSS
. To activate this function:
a. Press

b. Enter the appropriate average conversion-loss value. On Agilent
11970 Series harmonic mixers, these values are charted on the
mixer. The U-band mixer used for this example had an average
conversion loss of 23.5 dB, as shown in Figure 2-46.
