Setting Measurement Parameter (Material Measurement)
When using “Option 002 material measurement” with the E4991A for material
measurement, select the parameters by following the procedure below.
Procedure
Step 1.
Click inside the window of the trace whose measurement parameter you want to select (or
click the measurement parameter name (area e.g.
2:
[MU]
) in an overlay display) (or
press the
key on the front panel), thus making the trace active.
Step 2.
Right-click to open the shortcut menu and select
Meas/Format
(or press
).
Step 3.
Click on the
Meas Parameter
drop-down box and select the desired measurement
parameter. (In material measurement, parameters in Table 5-3 to Table 5-6 are added to the
impedance measurement parameters).
