V-Belt
Always after 50 operating hours

check V-belt for wear, change if necessary:

The V-belts are tensioned automatically through
springs.

Remove the V-belt protector
on the mulch
housing

Remove the V-belt
l
Switch off mulching drive to "0" and take off
the V-belt
l
Re-mount the V-belt
l
Re-mount the V-belt protector
!
Do not operate the machine without the pro-
tection device in place!
Driving Chains
l
Carry out a check by eye of driving chains
for dirt and grease, clean where necessary
and at least once per year lubricate with Tef-
lon spray. For this it is best to remove the chain
protection covers.
Also lubricate driving chain after every cleaning
with a high-pressure cleaner with Teflon spray
and start it for a short while.
l
Replace the chain protection covers!
Do not operate the machine without the
protection device in place.
