AG-tronik M1 AND REGULATOR PR-9
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE – rev. 2017-04

Distribution valves EC, with the help of built-in solenoids, open and close flow to individual
parts of spraying segments. Opening and closing of valves is performed exclusively with
buttons on AG-tronik (chapter 2, DESCRIPTION OF AG-tronik).
In the event that the 2 built-
in spray arch on the sprayer, you can open or close the valve with a single press.
In the event that there are 4 solenoid valves, opening of valves runs in the following order.
Pressing the switch to open the 1. valve, with next press of the button the 2. valve opens, with
next press of the button the 1. valve closes....

Figure 116
Flow sensor forwards impulses of flow gauge to
AG-tronik. Measuring range is 5-50 l/min. In case
of use higher hectare dosages, you can change it
with gauge that has range 10–100 l/min. On the
gauge is a card with written flow constant. You
can
also
measure
flow
constant.
It
is
recommended to measure flow constant for
chemical substances, density of which greatly
differs from density of water. Measurement or
determining flow constant is described in chapter
9.5, FLOW CONSTANT.
As standard, POLMAC flow gauge is installed.
Flow measuring is performed by a turbine, which
is installed in flow gauge housing. Gauge turbine
is sensitive to spray residues, which remain in
flow gauge after spraying. Therefore, make sure
that the flow gauge is cleaned internally with
clean water after each spraying.
