Figure 52 displays X in bottom line, which indicates that nozzle is closed. In this case there is
text D1-7/6 in basic menu. There are 7 nozzles mounted on sprayer and 6 of them are open.

Beside signs of segments, there are numbers in red colour. This are new hectare dosages:
Left side 400 set value for 7 nozzles is 400 l/ha and the value is correct;
Right side 342: this value is 6/7 form 400, which is correct, since there are only 6
nozzles open instead of 7;
Under target value 400 in top left corner is number 371, which is "New hectare
dosage" that we would like to achieve with 13 opened nozzles instead of 14.
In conventional spraying user "holds the spraying pressure" and closes the nozzle that it
doesn't need.
In the event, that the hectare dose to be reached with the 13 nozzles, then you need to report
to AG-tronik in such a way, that instead of 7 nozzles per segment, you enter 6 nozzles. In this
case the pressure of spraying will be slightly higher, because the necessary flow amount
through the 13 nozzles has to increase from 16,2 l/min. to 17,52 l/min. (1,25 l/min. to 1,35
l/min./nozzle). It calculates the pressure in hectare dosage of 400 l/ha and the speed of
spraying 7,3 km/h in the case of yellow nozzles instead of 7,4 bar to 8,6 bar.
Nozzle settings:
There are other columns in table (figure 50). Second column is for selecting nozzle. In the
drop-down list you can select the following nozzles:

Green 015
Yellow 02
Purple 025
Blue 03

Brown 05

White 08
Nozzle 1÷7 (Here is a set of 7 nozzles at which we can measure the flow at set
pressure and enter in table.)
