4.4 Operation of Night blind/device
lighting function
The following operating elements are available for
opening/closing the night blind and switching the
device on/off during
night operation
(device-
specific):
- Operating element (see
→
Chapter 4.4.1)
- Day/night switch (see
→
Chapter 4.4.2)
4.4.1 Operating element night
blind/device lighting
(only for R-
134a devices)
An operating element (device-specific) is available
for opening the night blind and switching on the
device lighting
during night-time operation;
see
→
Chapter 4.3 and Fig. 4.
Open the night blind and switch on the device light
(temporary activation of daytime operation):
Press the
[1] key
for at least 5 s.
Close the night blind again and switch off the device
lighting:
Occurs automatically after 60 min.
4.4.2 Day/night switch (only for R-134a
devices)
Switch "ON":
On all devices in the device network, the night
blind is opened and the device lighting is
switched on.
Switch “OFF”:
On all devices in the device network, the night
blind is closed and the device lighting is switched
off.

5 Transport and storage
Check the device for transport damage after
delivery. Contact the maintenance service in case of
damage (see
→
Chapter 10.4).
WARNING
For devices of type R-290:
Damage
to refrigerant circuit.
The refrigerant can escape and
create an explosive gas/air mixture.
Risk of fire.
►
Do not expose the device during
storage and transport to
temperatures higher than 70°C
(158°F).
►
Ensure good ventilation.
►
Observe the safety and warning
signs for devices with flammable
refrigerants (see
→
Chapter 1.6.2.1).
►
Contact the maintenance service
(see
→
Chapter 10.4).
