After inserting the power plug, and where present by ad-
ditionally closing the on/off switch (see

cooling unit begins to work after a short delay of approxi-
mately 2 minutes.
9. Operation
Only trained operating personnel are permitted to operate
the appliance.
WArNiNG
Damage to the electrical system and/or the
refrigerant circuit during operation. con-
tact with any parts carrying live voltage can
cause an electric shock. refrigerant can
escape and cause an explosive gas/air mix-
ture.
Risk of fi re due to sparks or overload.
1. Disconnect the appliance.
2. Safeguard the appliance against uninten-
tional restart.

Avoid violent impacts to the appliance’s
exterior; for example, due to careless
operation with a lift truck or fl oor cleaning
machine.

Avoid the transmission of pulsations and
vibrations to the appliance.
▶ Observe the safety instructions and warn-
ings for appliances with fl ammable refriger-

the customer removes a product.

must be inspected by the operator (temperature

objects. Products that have been stored improperly
must be removed immediately.

▶ Regularly check that the glass doors are closed.
Depending on the climatic conditions of the installation
room (e.g. high air humidity), condensation can form on the
appliance’s exterior or frost can form on the inside of the
appliance.

Loading
The products are accessed from the front. Only load the
appliance with products when the temperature stipulated
for the respective product has been reached. Check the
temperature on the internal thermometer (see

Chapter
4.1, Fig. 2).
