Procedures
Identification
•
Voice Response: “Battery is low!”
•
Warning tone from the RC transmitter.
•
Status LEDs are flashing white.
•
The battery power is displayed on the telemetry of the RC transmitter.
Recommended Procedure
CAUTION
Automatic descent
To prevent a crash due to low batteries, the Aibot X6 V2 starts an automatic
descent depending on the actual altitude.
Once started, this procedure cannot be interrupted.
Controlling the position and heading is possible.
CAUTION
Prevent low battery flights
A low battery warning occurs, when battery power decreases under 17.9
V. The
available remaining flight time depends on the Aibot X6 V2 configuration and
the environmental conditions. Be aware, that the remaining flight time could
not be sufficient to finish the flight execution safely.
Plan your flight not flying with a battery power lower than 17.9
V.
Prevention
•
Regularly monitor the remaining battery power during flight execution.
•
Regularly check and maintain the batteries. Replace older batteries.
•
Carefully plan the flight executions and include weather conditions, payload
and altitude.
•
Always operate the Aibot X6 V2 with two approved batteries.
