7.4.3. Filter Change for CV80-200, DV 1000,
AML100-800 and AMP300-800
These units are fitted with an exhaust air filter (M5 only)
and one or two fresh air filters (M5 or F7) unless fitted with
a cooling module, in which case the air handling unit will
only have one exhaust air filter.
NB: DV 1000: Remove the condensate hose and
condensate drain plug from one base pate to drain
the condensate before opening the base plate.
NB: When changing filters, the unit must be switched
off (press function button for at least 2 seconds),
disconnected from the mains and prevented from
being switched on.
• Carefully open the base plate while it is supported.
NB: Open the side of the wall frame first. The base
plate is heavy (AML/AMP 300, 500 and 800 only).
• Slacken the base plate(s) or EPP covers (certain
models only) and pull the old filters out of their
holders.
• Clean the inside of the unit and supply air duct,
check component condition and cleanliness. Clean
the components if necessary.
• Insert new filters with the correct direction of flow
in the filter holders. (The arrow on the side of new
M5/F7 filters shows flow direction. The arrow must
point into the unit) and and fit the retaining plate(s)
or EPP covers (certain models only).
• Close the base plate, lock covers.
• Reconnect to the mains and start the unit.
• Reset service. See “Reset Service” on page 28.
