IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When using this, or any electrical appliance, some basic safety precautions should always be

when the unit is turned off:

place in or drop into water or other liquids.
WARNING- To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or bodily injury:

be left unattended when plugged in.

Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or
adults who require supervision.

Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
DO NOT
use
attachments that are not recommended by the manufacturer.

Should the supply cord become damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent.
5.
Keep the cord away from heated surfaces as this may melt or damage the insulation
around the wires.
DO NOT
wrap the cord around the appliance.
6.
DO NOT
block the air openings of the appliance or place it on a soft surface where the
air openings may be blocked.
7.
If the appliance overheats it will switch off automatically. When this occurs unplug the
appliance and let it cool down for 5 minutes. Check the grilles to make sure they are not
blocked by fluff, hair, etc. before switching the appliance back on.
8.
DO NOT
use an extension cord with this appliance.
9.
For additional protection from electric shock, many bathroom outlets are equipped with
a residual current device (RCD) or have one in the electrical circuit that supplies the
bathroom. This RCD must have a rated residual operating current not higher than 30mA.
