PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS

Water sports can be safe and fun for all levels of enthusiasts.  This User’s Manual is intended to alert you to some of

the potentially hazardous conditions that may arise during participation in all water sports.

To prevent SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH, follow these guidelines, the Water Sports Safety Code and the

Water Sports Responsibility Code.

To reduce risks:

•  Carefully read this manual and follow the instructions.

•  Teach anyone using your tube how to attach the tow rope, how to ride, and proper maintenance.

•  If the tube is designed for more than one person, SLOW DOWN to prevent rider’s bodies from colliding.

•  SLOW DOWN or DO NOT use tube in wavy, rough, or choppy water.  These conditions may cause violent tube

action and increase the risk of injury.

   WARNING

Use of this product and participation in the sport involves INHERENT RISKS of

SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH.

User ASSUMES ALL RISK of injury or death. DRIVER is responsible for safety.

Riders DO NOT have control over the path of the tube! ALWAYS signal driver and

observer to stop or slow down if you feel unsafe.

To reduce risks:

• ALWAYS wear a properly fitted USCG type III / Level 70N, ISO/CE or other agency

approved Life Jacket or Personal Flotation Device (PFD).

• NEVER operate watercraft, ski or ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• NEVER leave children unattended. ONLY use under competent adult supervision.

• NEVER exceed 15 mph (24 km/h) for children OR 20 mph (32 km/h) for adults.

• FAST or SHARP TURNS may cause tube to rapidly accelerate, leave the water or

flip over.

• NEVER exceed riders’ skill level or allow riders' bodies to collide.

• ALWAYS tow at slower speeds, in calm water, and drive cautiously.

• NEVER exceed the maximum number of riders, the maximum combined weight of riders, or the

minimum tensile strength of the tow rope for this tube.

• ONLY use on water with both a qualified driver and a capable observer.

• ALWAYS check tow rope is not wrapped around any hands, arms, legs, or other body part

before or during use.

• NEVER put any body part through handles, under cover, bladder, towing harness or tie rider to tube.

• NEVER ride near swimmers, shallow water, other watercraft, or obstacles.

• ALWAYS READ USER'S MANUAL before use. NEVER remove this label.
