Font -
select the font type and size.
Color -
select the font colour. If you tick the
draw Frame
check box then the text will be
displayed in a frame. The frame border and colour can also be selected here.
Align
- how the text is aligned in regard to its geographical position.
Size shrinking
- affects the text size as you change zoom. The higher the number the smaller
the text will become as you zoom out.
Width:height ratio -
affects the spacing between letters
.
In most cases you want to keep this
set to proportional. The lower the value the closer characters will be.
Pict attributes
icon file
- Click the value and a browse button will appear. Click this to open the
Choose a file
dialog.
Here you can select an alternate icon to represent the layer. Note that most icon layers have two
PICT drawers, one for detailed zooms and a smaller one for higher zooms.

Search Results
After performing a search the result will be shown in the output pane, which will appear at the bottom
of the Navigator window.
