Step 12
Place the valve plate back onto the
compressor body. Remove and
replace the old cylinder gasket.
Step 13
Flip the cylinder head back onto
the compressor, align and push
firmly into place. Reinstall the four
screws using a 5/32” Allen wrench.
Tighten down firmly to complete
the installation (Recommended
Torque: 47-50 in lb).
Once complete, we recommend
to change the compressor air filter.

Step 11
Remove the old o-ring gasket using
a small pick tool and replace.
