Pacemakers and Other Medical Devices:
The air-Q contains components that generate an electromagnetic field and can
interfere with pacemakers and other medical devices. Before use, ask a doctor
or the manufacturer of the medical device to find out the minimum required
safety distance between the air-Q and your medical device.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
As the manufacturer of this branded product, we offer a two-year warranty on this device‘s
hardware. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the first end consumer and
can be attested by submitting an invoice or contract. Your statutory warranty rights will not
be limited by this warranty. Within the warranty period, we will remedy any defects in the
product that are clearly attributable to material or manufacturing defects. Defects that occur
due to improper installation and handling or non-compliance with the operating instructions
will not be covered by the warranty. Within the scope of the warranty, we as a manufacturer
can choose between a repair or a replacement. This warranty does not cover claims other
than the right of rectification of any defects of the product, as specified in these warranty
terms. Furthermore, we guarantee that the software (smartphone app, web app, firmware)
meets the general specifications, but we do not guarantee that the software meets your
individual needs. Older smartphone models may not be supported, as they do not meet
the latest standards (security and functionality). Furthermore, no guarantee is given for the
protection of your personal data and measured data. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Replaced products or product parts become our property again. Warranty services effectu-
ate neither an extension of the warranty period nor do they initiate a new warranty period.
The warranty period for the installed spare parts ends with the warranty period for the entire
device. If a warranty claim is rejected by us, it shall lapse no later than six months after our
rejection. German law applies for this warranty, excluding the United Nations Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
