The top part of the frame is thinner than the bottom one. It consists of two similar parts (fig. 9) that 
need to be joined together and fixed with a screw as seen on fig. 9 and fig. 10.

Then insert them in the corresponding hole on both sides, (fig.11) so you have a completed metallic 
frame.
