SOUND ADJUSTMENTS

Graphic equalizer

Selects a sound equalization curve to match the music type.

Press HEAVY, VOCAL, SALSA, TECHNO, HIP HOP or
MANUAL.

On the remote control, press GEQ and then press PRESET

M

 or 

N

 repeatedly within 4 seconds.

The selected equalization curve is displayed.

•MANUAL is a customized curve (see "Setting a curve

manually").

To cancel equalization

Press the selected button on the unit again. "

Setting a curve manually

The equalization curve can be customized to suit your preference.

Adjust the three frequency ranges.

- To adjust the low frequencies (BAS), turn TRIPLE DRIVE.

Adjust from -2 to +6 and MAX.

- To adjust the middle frequencies (MID), hold down

ENTER and turn TREBLE/MIDDLE. Adjust from -6 to
+6.

- To adjust the high frequencies (TRE), turn TREBLE/

MIDDLE. Adjust from -6 to +6.

On the remote control, press SOUND repeatedly to select
the frequency range (BAS, MID or TRE), and then press

M

 or 

N

 within 6 seconds to adjust the level.

If you want to store your customized curve, proceed to
the next step.

Hold down MANUAL (GEQ on the remote control)
until "

PRESET

" flashes in the display and then

press ENTER within 4 seconds.

The customized curve is stored in "

MANUAL

"

•If you select one of the preset curves such as HEAVY before

step 1, you can customize a curve on it.
