USING YOUR APPLIANCE

BEFORE FIRST USE

1.  Remove the parts from the packaging.

2.  Assemble as instructed in the 

assembly page.

3.  Your appliance is now ready for normal 

use.

4.  Dispose of the packaging in a 

responsible manner.

HOW TO POSITION THE TURNTABLE

Ensure that the product is placed on a 
flat level surface in a dust free, cool, dry 
environment with good ventilation and 
where it cannot be knocked or bumped and 
the power cable will not cause a trip hazard.

MAINS CONNECTION

1.  Ensure that the mains voltage of your 

home corresponds to the operating 
voltage of the adaptor.

2.  Connect the DC connector to the DC 

Power jack on the unit.

3.  Plug in the power adaptor to the mains 

socket. 

AMPLIFIER CONNECTION (IF REQUIRED) 

Whilst you can listen to your new turntable 
using the built in speakers you may wish to 
connect it to your turntable.

Connect the audio plugs to the line input on 
your mixer or amplifier using an RCA cable 
(not supplied).

• 

Red plug into r/h channel input.

• 

White plug into l/h channel input.

Note:

 The turntable is equipped with its own 

speakers for music playback.

HEADPHONE JACK OUT 

• 

To listen to music via headphones, 
decrease the volume to a low level by 
rotating the Volume Dial in an anti-
clockwise direction.

• 

Insert one end of the headphones into 
the headphone jack and the other end 
into your ear. 

PLAYING A RECORD

1.  Lift up the lid and make sure to secure 

the arm support.

2.  Rotate the On/Off Volume Dial 

(clockwise) to turn on the turntable. 

3.  Press the Mode button to select 

Turntable mode.

4.  Remove the protective cover from the 

stylus cartridge by gently sliding it 
away from the tone arm. 

5.  Place the record of your choice on the 

turntable. If you are using a 45 RPM 
record where the centre hole has been 
removed; DO NOT forget to place the 
adaptor on the record spindle first 
before you begin playback. Note: Not 
all 45RPM records will require the 
adaptor.

6.  Choose the desired playing speed using 

the Speed Selection Switch between 
33, 45 and 78 RPM.

7.  Unlock the tone arm from the arm lock 

by pushing it aside.

8.  Raise the tone arm using the arm 

raising lever or by carefully lifting it.
