Fill  the  mower  with  engine  oil  and 
petrol  only  after  it  has  been        
completely assembled! 
Pull  off  the  spark  plug  connector 
before starting the assembly!

Assembly  of  handlebar  console  on 
housing

  Handlebar console

  Remove screws from housing.

  Place  handlebar  console  on  housing 

and screw tight. 

Assembly of handlebars on console

  Handlebars

  Remove  the  screws  used  to  mount  the 

handlebars from the console. 

Saucer-head screw  M8 x 35 - (2x) 
Rubber washer  

Ø 8 x Ø 25 x 3 - (2x) 

Washer  

Ø 8 x Ø 24 x 2 - (2x) 

Hexagonal nut  

M8 self-locking - (2x) 

Rubber pad – (1x) 

Bowden cable guide - (1x)

Screw handlebars onto console. 

Place  the  rubber  pad  between  the         
handlebars and the console. 
Place  the  rubber  washers  under  the  steel 
washers. 
Mount  the  Bowden  cable  guide  on  the     
upper screw - tighten nuts. 

Assembly of blade holder

  Blade holder

  Mounting 

bush 

on 

the 

housing 

to         

accommodate the blade holder.

 Lightly grease the mounting bush and insert 

the blade holder.

  Fully insert the blade holder and place the 

V belt around the pulley.  

The  V  belt  must  run  inside  the  holding 
pins. 

Assembly of recoil springs

 Place the mower on its side. 

 Hook in the recoil springs (2x). 

Assembly of Bowden cables 

a) Bowden cable for throttle

 Set  the  throttle  lever  on  the  right-hand    

handlebar to the << START>> position.

  Push the governor lever on the carburettor 

completely to the left (= start position). 

15a

Insert  the  bent  end  of  the  Bowden  cable 

  wire into the governor lever. 

 Place  the  Bowden  cable  sheath  into  the 

clip underneath the clamping screw. 

 Gently  push  back  the  Bowden  cable 

sheath  by  hand  until  a  resistance  can  be 
felt.  Clamp  the  Bowden  cable  sheath  in 
this position. 
Do  not  kink  the  Bowden  cable  during   
assembly.

a) Bowden cable for throttle

 Set  the  throttle  lever  on  the  right-hand    

handlebar to the << START>> position.

  Push the governor lever on the carburettor 

completely to the left (= start position). 

15b

Insert  the  angled  end  of  the  Bowden 

  cable wire into the governor lever. 

 Insert the Bowden cable sheath in the clip 

 Gently  push  back  the  Bowden  cable 

sheath  by  hand  until  a  resistance  can  be 
felt.  Clamp  the  Bowden  cable  sheath  in 
this position. 

Do  not  kink  the  Bowden  cable  during    
assembly.
