AL-KO lifting supports should be cleaned after every journey and lubricated at regular intervals.

1. Lower foot by approx. 5 rotations.
2. Tip the holder (1) backwards.
3. Push up the spring stop (2).
4. Apply grease to the gears through the aperture in
the cover.

Remove linch pin or flat head screws and pull out

Insert foot and secure with linch pin or flat head
screws.
4. Retract the support all the way to the stop to distrib-
ute the grease evenly.

Remove flat head screws (1, 2).
2. Spray threaded rod with lubricating spray.
3.
Screw flat head screws back in and secure with a
locking agent.
4. Retract the support all the way to the stop to distrib-
ute the grease evenly.

Repairs may only be carried out by competent, trained personnel.
Only use spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
Spare parts are safety parts!
For installation of spare parts in our products, we exclusively recommend original AL-KO parts or parts expressly
approved by us for installation. In order to clearly identify spare parts, our service stations require the spare part
identification number [ETI].
Disposal
Products, batteries and rechargeable batteries that are no longer required must not be disposed
of with household waste!
Packaging, product and accessories are manufactured using recyclable materials and must be disposed
of accordingly.
