Meaning of the symbols on the equipment
Important!
Engines generate carbon mon-
oxide, an odourless, colourless,
toxic gas.
If carbon monoxide is inhaled, it
can cause nausea, loss of con-
sciousness or death.
Start the engine and let it run in
the open air.
Do not start the engine or let
it run in closed rooms, even if
doors or windows are open.
Read the operating instructions.
Fuel and fuel vapours are extre-
mely highly inflammable and ex-
plosive. Starting the engine gi-
ves rise to sparks. Sparks can
ignite flammable gases in the
vicinity.
Flammable objects such as lea-
ves, grass, etc. can ignite.
Important – Danger of injury!
Keep your hands and feet away
from the cutting tools.
Important – Danger of burns!
Running engines generate heat.
Parts of the engine, especially
the exhaust, get extremely hot.
Check the oil level.
