OPERATION
Start cooking
• Set the 3 controls (4, 5, 7) to desired settings. The
Power
indicator (6) lights up and the appliance starts
heating up.
Note:
The ideal cooking time depends on food type and size, as well as the selected cooking
mode. Some types of food may get burned, if they are baked, roasted, toasted or grilled too long.
Therefore, check the food for doneness in regular intervals through the glass door (9).
• When the set time ends, the appliance rings once and the
Power
indicator (6) goes off.
• To manually terminate the cooking process, just set the
Time
control
min
(7) to
Off
.
• After cooking, set the
Function
control (5) to and the
Temp
control
c
(4) to
Low
.
• Open the glass door (9) and remove the food.
Caution! Risk of burns!
• Always open the glass door (9) using the door handle (10).
• To remove the food, use the tray handle (14), spit handle (12) and/or oven mittens. Make
sure not to touch and damage the heating elements.
• Keep hands away from steam exiting the appliance.
• After use, disconnect the power plug (8) from the wall outlet.
• Allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning and storing.
Time control

• A cooking time of maximum 60 minutes can be set. For this purpose,
set the
Time

(7) to desired time. The cooking time can
be increased or reduced anytime during use.
Note:
To set time shorter than 20 minutes with more precision, first
turn the timer control (7) to the 20 position, then set the desired
shorter time (in minutes).
• When the set time ends, the appliance rings once and the

• Unlimited cooking time can also be set. For this purpose, set the
Time
control

(7) to
Stay On
. Take special care when using
this feature. Extended cooking can burn the food and over-heat the
appliance. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
