Toasting mode
Note:
This mode is well-suited for large quantity of food on multiple racks and trays. It can be used
to prepare cookies, pies, cupcakes, pastries, breads and snack foods.
• Open the glass door (9) and insert the crumb tray (16).
• Insert the grill rack (11) and/or baking tray (15). Place food and close the glass door (9).

Tips for cooking
• Preheat the appliance if the recipe recommends it. Preheating is necessary for good results when baking
cakes, cookies, pastry and breads. Setting a higher temperature does not shorten preheating time. Place
racks and tray in proper position before preheating.
• Ensure the space between the rack and tray in order for the heat to be well distributed.
• Cooked food and parts of the appliance get very hot and stay hot for some time after cooking. Do not touch
them with bare hands while in use or shortly after use.
