OPERATION
Reheating of already toasted bread slices or bread-rolls
1. Place the bread-roll warming rack (9) on the toaster.
2. Press it gently until it clicks in place and is firmly positioned onto the toaster (fig. 3).
3. Put the bread slices to be reheated on the bread-roll warming rack (9).
4. Plug in the power plug and select the desired toast level with the electronic browning
control (3).
5. Press the toast lever (7) downward until it locks in place, also press the
REHEAT
button (4).The indicators of the
CANCEL
button (6) and the
REHEAT
button (4) light
up red to indicate that the reheating process has started.
6. When the reheating is finished, the toast lever (7) pops up. The red indicators of the
CANCEL
button (6) and
REHEAT
(4) turn off.

Interrupting toasting/reheating/defrost cycle
1. During operation, press the
CANCEL
button (6) at any time to cancel the toasting/reheating/defrosting process.
2. The toast lever (7) pops up. Meanwhile, the red indicator of the
CANCEL
button (6) and the relevant function
indicator turn off.
Caution!
To prevent the appliance from becoming overheated, let it cool for at least 15 to 20 seconds
between toasting cycles.
Removing toast
Caution!
Bread slices and parts of the appliance get very hot and stay hot for some time after operation.
Do not use conductive tools, such as a fork, to remove toast from the appliance as this may damage
the heating elements.
After toasting, use nonconductive items, e.g. mittens, to remove hot toast from the appliance, or wait to remove the
toast after it has cooled a bit. Do not use a fork or other metallic utensils to remove toast as this may result in electric
shock or fire.
Removing lodged toast
1. If toast is lodged inside the appliance, press the
CANCEL
button (6) and disconnect the power plug from the
electrical outlet.
2. Wait until the appliance has cooled completely.
3. Remove toast carefully and take care not to damage the heating elements.
