Note. Interactive services are where you can respond to events or
questions on your TV for the programme you are watching, using
the coloured buttons on the remote control.
Putting batteries in the remote control

Remove the battery cover from the remote control.

Look at the polarity diagram (‘+’ and ‘-‘ symbols)
printed in the battery compartment (this tells you
which way round to put the batteries in the
compartment).

Put the two batteries in the compartment as shown in
the polarity diagram and in line with the markings on
the batteries (+ goes next to +, – goes next to – ).

Replace the cover.

This button displays information about the
channel you are watching.
14 ‘GUIDE’
This button opens the 7-day electronic
programme guide.
15 ‘PROG+’,
‘PROG-’
These buttons change channels up
(PROG+) and down (PROG -).
16 ‘TIME’
This button displays the date and time.
17 ‘SUBTITLE’
This button turns subtitles on and off.
