1. DESCRIPTION

1.1. The AVD3000C08

The AVD3000C08 module is a ten-output video distributor with loop-through inputs. It
has been specially designed for distribution of a large number of high bandwidth analog
video outputs, making it the best device for distribution of tri-level sync signals.

The AVD3000C08 is a TL3000 terminal line module and can be housed in a three rack
unit (3 RU) UR3000 mounting frame or a 1 RU UR3100 mounting frame.

The AVD3000 family encompasses a range of analog video distributors. The following
variations are available:

• AVD3000C02: Dual analog video distributor with one loop-through input and five

outputs, an equalizer and DC restorer.

• AVD3000C03: An analog video distributor with one loop-through input and ten outputs

with an equalizer and DC restorer.

• AVD3000C04: An analog video distributor with one loop-through input and ten outputs

with an equalizer and 50Ω output impedances.

• AVD3000C06: Dual analog video distributor with one loop-through input (on the rear

board) and five outputs, an equalizer and DC restorer.

• AVD3000C07: An analog video distributor with one loop-through input (on the rear

board) and ten outputs with an equalizer and DC restorer.

• AVD3000C08: An analog video distributor with one loop-through input and ten

outputs.

• AVD3000C09: An analog video distributor with one loop-through input (on the rear

board) and ten outputs.
