Sources of interference for Bluetooth connection
If a Bluetooth connection cannot be established between your smart-
phone and your wheels, or if the connection is disrupted, this may be
due to the following sources of interference.
Microwave ovens
The use of a microwave near your Bluetooth device can cause interfer-
ence.
Direct Satellite Service (DSS)
The coaxial cable used with some types of satellite dish and the connec-
tions can cause interference. Check cables for damage that could cause
radio interference (loss of HF). If you suspect interference, try replacing
the cable.
2.4 GHz or 5 GHz telephones
A cordless telephone operating at 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz can cause interfer-
ence in wireless devices or networks during calls.
Wireless video transmitters
Wireless video transmitters operating in a bandwidth of 2.4 GHz or 5
GHz can cause interference in wireless devices or networks.
Wireless loudspeakers
Wireless audio devices operating in a bandwidth of 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz can
cause interference in other wireless devices or networks.
Other wireless devices
Other wireless devices operating in a bandwidth of 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz
(microwave transmitters, wireless cameras, baby monitors, neighbours’
WLAN devices etc.), may cause interference in Bluetooth connections.
