3.12. PTT Control of the Accessory Socket
When using an iPhone™ headset in PTT mode, this function must be switched off,
otherwise the device would be transmitting continuously. When using the supplied
headset this function must be switched on, when the PTT button of the headset is
to be used.
To switch, press the button ‘M’ eight times. Right on the display blinks ‘EP‘. With the
button ‘
’ or ’
’ toggle the PTT control of the accessory socket on (‘On’) and off
(‘OF’).
3.13. Voice Control (VOX)
If this function is enabled, you don’t need to press a button to transmit. It will auto-
matically detect noise and will start to transmit automatically. Once the noise stops
the transmission will also stop.
To adjust, press the button ‘M’ nine times. On the right side of the display blinks ‘8T‘.
With the button ‘
’ or ’
’ adjust the sensitivity of VOX from 1 (low sensitivity, loud
speech) to 10 (high sensitivity, soft speech). In position ‘OF’ the VOX is switched off.
3.14. Battery level display
Whenever the device is turned on, the state of charge (1 to 5) is displayed for two
seconds.
If the device is already switched on, the device must be briefly switched off and on
again.
3.15. Charging the Device
Connect the Micro-USB jack of the ATT200 with the respective cable to the USB AC
adapter or to another USB Source.
